How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is based on the weight, size and destination of your order. Final charges will be displayed once the shipping address is added during checkout.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

At the moment, we ship to the domestic United States only. We cannot ship to PO Boxes due to the perishability of the items we sell.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico or the Virgin Islands.

Do the meals have a use-by date?

If thawed, we recommend use within 5 days.

If frozen, we recommend use within 3 months.

How many servings are in the menu items?

Small Casseroles feed 2-3 and Medium feeds 5-6

Pies feed 6-8

Dips feed 4-6
Where can I find ingredient information?

Detailed ingredients can be found under each menu item.

Can my Get Carried Away Takeout gift card be used for shipping?

At this time, we are unable to accept Get Carried Away Takeout gift cards for use in our shipping division.

Do you have plastic gift cards for GCA Shipping?

No, but we do offer an E-Gift Card solution that you may print out and mail to your recipient if they do not have an email address.

What is the Return Policy?

All items are final sale. If an item arrives damaged or spoiled, our Customer Support team will work with you to determine an appropriate solution. Please reach out to our team at to resolve the issue within 3 days of delivery.

How long after I place my order can I cancel it?

To cancel an order that is shipping out in less than 3 days, you must submit a request to and our team will do everything in our power to accommodate your needs. In some cases changes or cancellations will not be possible due to reasons out of our control.
