INSTRUCTIONS/STORAGE:

• Although each box is carefully packed with ice packs and picked up for immediate shipment, it is normal for the sides and ice packs to partially or fully thaw during shipment.
• Upon receipt re-freeze or refrigerate
• Detailed storage and heating instructions are included with each package

SHIPPING:

• We make every effort to fill orders on the next business day after they are placed, Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed on  Thursday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. Holidays and peak periods may require additional processing time.
• Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will incur and additional $35 charge for overnight delivery
• Every item from GCA is handmade, packed and shipped specific to that items needs to ensure the freshest, most delicious food arrives at your door

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER: Get Carried Away Shipping is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.
